# How to use the AI Assistant in the panel

> Ask the in-panel assistant how to do something, or have it do the work; approve every change it proposes, and confirm in writing for anything irreversible.

The AI Assistant does two things: it explains how something is done, or it does it for you. You can ask it to set up a campaign, find products with weak descriptions, or simply show recent orders. The important part is that it never changes anything on its own — it asks for your approval on every action, and for anything with permanent consequences it asks you to confirm in writing.

## Antes de empezar

- AI features enabled on your panel
- Enough AI credit — the assistant tells you when it runs out
- The permissions you already hold for whatever you ask it to do

## Pasos

### 1. Open the assistant and read the briefing {#adim-1}

The AI Assistant opens from anywhere in the panel. At the top is the day's briefing: Orders today, Revenue today, Low-stock items and Weak descriptions. Below it sit ready-made prompts — a good place to start if you are not sure what to ask.

### 2. Ask a question {#adim-2}

Type anything about your store into the box and click Send. While it works the assistant shows Thinking… or Working…; if it takes too long you can Stop it. New chat starts from a clean slate — doing that when you change subject gets you sharper answers.

### 3. Have it do the work {#adim-3}

The assistant does more than explain. Write something like Create a 20% campaign for t-shirts and trousers and it prepares the action and shows it to you. It asks whether to run the action; Yes, do it applies it and Cancel leaves everything untouched. It reports the outcome as Done or Cancelled.

### 4. Approve several proposals at once {#adim-4}

Sometimes the assistant proposes a list rather than a single action — new copy for twelve products with weak descriptions, say. You can Approve or Reject each one individually, or take them all at once with Approve all, or decline the lot with Reject all.

### 5. Confirm in writing for irreversible actions {#adim-5}

Some actions reach the outside world and cannot be undone: Sends email, Sends SMS, Payment / balance and External service. For those the assistant will not proceed on a single click — it says the action cannot be undone and asks you to type a specific word. Only then does Confirm & run become available.

### 6. Watch your credit {#adim-6}

Every request spends AI credit. When it runs out the assistant says so plainly and offers a Top up link. If something goes wrong it asks you to try again — in that case the action did not run, and it leaves no half-finished change behind.

## Consejos

### Say concretely what you want

Instead of set up a campaign, say which product group, what discount and for how long. The assistant will make assumptions on a vague request and will not apply anything without your approval — but correcting what it proposed takes longer than asking properly.

### Start a new chat when you change subject

Discuss orders and then product descriptions in the same chat and the assistant keeps carrying the earlier context. Starting clean with New chat gives sharper results, especially when you are asking it to act.

### Read the approval screen, do not skim it

The confirmation box is not a formality — it is the list of exactly what the assistant will do. On anything that sends email or SMS it is the last moment you can see what is about to reach your customers.

## Preguntas frecuentes

### Can the assistant do something I am not allowed to do?

No. It acts on your behalf, so it cannot perform an action you could not perform yourself. If you have no access to a screen in the panel, the assistant cannot act in that area either.

### I approved something by mistake — can I undo it?

For ordinary actions, undo it by hand on the relevant screen — a change the assistant made is no different from one you made yourself. Actions that reach the outside world, like email and SMS, cannot be undone, which is exactly why the assistant demands a typed confirmation for those.

### Why am I asked to type a word for some actions?

Because that action cannot be undone: an email or SMS goes to your customers, payment or balance is affected, or an external service is called. Making you type a word rather than click once makes an accidental approval practically impossible.

### The assistant keeps thinking and never answers

Stop it, open a New chat, and write your request shorter and more concrete. If it persists you may be out of credit — the assistant says so on screen and gives you a top-up link.
