1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between MağazamHazır ("Seller") and the individual or entity who registers on and purchases a subscription from the platform ("Buyer").

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations arising from the digital services (e-commerce infrastructure, subscription plans, and add-ons) purchased by the Buyer through the MağazamHazır platform.

3. Service Information

The Seller provides the Buyer with the following digital services:

E-commerce store infrastructure (SaaS)
Theme and design services
Additional modules and integrations
Technical support services

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are collected monthly or annually depending on the selected plan, via the iyzico payment infrastructure. All payments are made in Turkish Lira (TRY). Payment details are stored securely by iyzico; the Seller does not have access to card data.

5. Delivery

Services are digital in nature and are activated immediately upon confirmation of subscription payment. No physical delivery is involved.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

Subscriptions to digital services may be cancelled by the Buyer at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is provided for the remaining period. Provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the right of withdrawal are reserved.

7. Warranties and Liability

The Seller takes the necessary technical measures to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot be held liable for outages caused by internet infrastructure. The Buyer is notified in advance of any material updates to the service content.

8. Dispute Resolution

Turkish law applies to any disputes arising from this Agreement. For consumer rights applications, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court has jurisdiction.
