For an exchange the replacement order opens automatically and any price difference is collected. Accepted goods go back on the shelf and the refund returns to the original payment method — or to wallet balance if the customer prefers.
Courier delivery with live tracking
Delivery with your own courier is included with E-Commerce — no separate plugin needed. Define delivery zones with fees, minimum baskets, free-delivery thresholds and time windows, then assign orders to your courier from the dispatch board inside Orders. When the courier sets off, your customer receives a tracking link by SMS and e-mail and sees the courier's current location live. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier and reconciled per courier at the end of the day.
