Every device on your bench on one board
From intake to handover: warranty matched from the serial, a staged workboard, parts-and-labour quotes, and a status page your customer follows without logging in.

No more “what happened to my phone?” calls
The most expensive thing in a repair shop is the device forgotten on a shelf, closely followed by the ten calls a day asking where it is. Most workshops track this in a notebook or a WhatsApp thread; as the pile grows, which job is at which stage, which part is on order and whether the customer ever approved the quote all become invisible. Service Desk puts it on one screen. You take the device in by serial or IMEI — if you sold it, the warranty matches itself from your own sales record. You name the workboard stages after your own workshop. You build a quote from parts and labour lines and send it by SMS; the Repairing stage stays locked until the customer approves, so no labour charge is ever raised that nobody agreed to. The customer scans the QR on their intake receipt and follows the repair with no account. Collection, invoicing and reports all live on the same ticket. This is not a support inbox: if you are physically holding the customer's hardware, this is the right place.

What Service Desk does

Device intake and warranty matching
Scan a serial or IMEI and take the device in inside a minute. No customer account required — a name and a phone number is enough, which is how most people walk into a repair shop. If you sold the device, the warranty date arrives automatically from your own sales record. The receipt you print carries a QR that opens the customer's tracking page.

A staged workboard
Intake, Diagnosis, Awaiting Approval, Repairing, Testing, Ready, Delivered — plus any stage of your own. Each stage carries a separate customer-facing name: “QC-2 Hold” inside, “In quality control” to the customer. You choose stage by stage which ones are worth telling the customer about.

Parts, labour and customer approval
Build the quote from parts and labour lines, total it with tax, and send it by SMS or email. The customer approves or rejects from a page with no login and you see the answer on the board. What the part cost YOU is never shown to them. If you run e-commerce, you can decrement the part from stock.

Collection, invoicing and workshop reports
Take payment by cash, card terminal or a payment link, and raise the invoice from the ticket. Reports show open jobs per stage and how many days the oldest one has waited, completed jobs and average repair time per technician, and how much has been collected versus still outstanding.

Common questions
Before you start with Service Desk
No, they are two different things. A support ticket is a CONVERSATION — free on every store, the customer has a question, and it closes when you answer it. A service ticket is a physical JOB: you are holding the customer's device, and there is a serial number, parts, labour, a quote approval and a payment. The rule is simple: if you have their hardware it is a service ticket, if you only have their question it is a support ticket.
Nothing forgotten on a shelf
