Reading your store analytics reports

Read visitor, conversion and revenue figures by period, study the funnel and traffic sources, and connect Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Analytics is your store's own measurement: how many people arrived, where they stopped, where they abandoned the basket, which coupon actually turned into a sale. The numbers come from your store's own records, so an ad blocker cannot cut them off. You can also forward the same traffic to Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — those do not replace this page, they feed the advertising side.

Antes de empezar

  • The e-commerce plugin enabled — the page is gated on it
  • View permission for the analytics section
  • Your G- measurement ID, if you are connecting Google Analytics
  • Your 15-16 digit Pixel ID, if you are connecting the Meta Pixel

Pasos

Las pantallas son ilustrativas; los datos de tu panel serán distintos.

  1. Paso 1: Open Analytics and pick a period

Click Analitik in the sidebar. Top right there are four periods: today, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days, and the choice changes every card on the page at once. The badge beside it shows how many visitors are browsing right now and refreshes on its own.

  2. Paso 2: Read the six KPI cards

The top strip carries visitors, sessions, page views, conversion rate, revenue and cart abandonment. The percentage under each card is the change against the previous period — pick 30 days and the comparison is the 30 days before that. The revenue card's second line also shows your average order value.

  3. Paso 3: Find where the funnel leaks

The funnel card lists five stages in order: sessions, product views, add to cart, begin checkout and purchase. What you are looking for is the largest drop between two consecutive stages. A loss between checkout and purchase is usually payment or shipping; a loss between product view and add-to-cart is usually price, imagery or stock.

  4. Paso 4: See where traffic comes from and what it searched for

The middle of the page holds traffic over time and a device breakdown, then an activity heatmap by hour and day next to the engagement card. Further down comes a row of three: most-visited pages, traffic sources and search terms. Search terms are the valuable one — what customers typed into your on-site search and did not find is the name of the category you are missing. Each card exports its own list to CSV.

  5. Paso 5: Measure campaign and coupon impact

Top categories, UTM campaigns and coupon usage sit side by side. UTM campaigns group the sessions arriving from tags you added to your links; coupon usage shows how often each code was applied and how many sessions it touched. A coupon seen often but applied rarely has a problem in its conditions, not in the code.

  6. Paso 6: Follow one visitor's journey

The recent-sessions table at the bottom lists each session with its entry page, device, event count, duration and outcome. Click a row and the visitor journey opens: that session's click path in chronological order. For a customer who complained or dropped out, this is where you see exactly what they hit. The crawler-traffic card just above keeps search-engine robots separate.

These rows are not sessions — they are excluded from KPIs, the sessions list and Traffic by IP.

  7. Paso 7: Connect Google Analytics

To measure the advertising side as well, open Entegrasyonlar from the sidebar. Under the Analitik & Google heading the Google Analytics card reads Yapılandırılmadı until you enter an ID, and its button says Kur. Press Kur, then Ayarları Düzenle on the Google Analytics Entegrasyonları screen — the card's own Düzenle button jumps straight to the same form — and put your G- measurement ID in the Google Analytics ID field; the expected format is printed under it. Save with Google Analytics Ayarlarını Kaydet and the card turns to Bağlı.

  8. Paso 8: Connect the Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel is a separate card on the same page, under Meta (Facebook), and it is saved on its own screen — setting one up does not set up the other. On Meta Pixel Entegrasyonu enter the 15–16 digit numeric ID in the Meta Pixel Kimliği field. The Conversions API access token and test event code below it are optional; fill in the token and purchase events are also sent server-side, so they survive a blocked browser pixel. Finish with Meta Pixel Ayarlarını Kaydet.

Consejos

Bot traffic is excluded, which is why your numbers look lower

Googlebot and its peers are collected separately in the crawler card and, as the page itself states, are never counted as sessions. Against a raw server log or a counter that does not filter robots you will see fewer visitors here — that is a cleaner measurement, not a missing one.

Appointment and reservation figures live at the very bottom

If your store has online appointments or reservations enabled, extra sections appear at the end of the page: appointment analytics (total, completed, cancellation rate, no-show rate, staff load) and reservation analytics (covers, average party size). With those plugins off the sections are not drawn at all, so do not look for them among the e-commerce KPIs above.

Preguntas frecuentes

Why do these numbers not match Google Analytics?
Two measurements count two different things. This page uses your store's own records and leaves search-engine robots out; Google Analytics is a browser tag and never sees visitors whose ad blocker stops it. Typically the visitor count here is higher and the session definitions differ. When comparing, the direction of travel is more reliable than the absolute number.
A card says there is no data for this period — is something broken?
Usually not. On a short period, especially 'today', many cards can be empty; switch to 30 days and look again. The live feed saying there is no activity right now simply means nobody is browsing at this second, not that measurement has stopped.
Can I export the lists and work on them myself?
Yes. Each ranked list has its own export link and downloads the selected period as CSV. The file name carries the period you exported, so a 7-day and a 90-day dump never get mixed up.
