I published a product but I cannot see it on Etsy

Check the listing state first: Taslak and Süresi doldu listings are not live on Etsy. If a setting was missing, publishing never started and the reason is listed under 'Yayınlamadan önce tamamlanması gerekenler' — most often Kategori seçilmemiş and Kargo profili seçilmemiş.

Will Etsy stock clash with my store stock?

Turn on 'Etsy siparişinde stok düşülsün' only when Etsy and your store sell from the same physical stock. Etsy already deducts its own; if you keep them separate, this setting counts the same sale twice and drains your stock faster than it really goes.

Connect your Etsy shop with OAuth, fill in the listing defaults, pair listings to your products, publish products to Etsy and follow your payouts.

The Etsy integration brings your listings, orders, reviews and payment-account ledger into your own admin, and lets you create Etsy listings from your products and push price and stock. It is built for shops selling handmade goods, design pieces and collections. Etsy has requirements of its own — category, shipping profile, who made it — and no listing is created until they are filled in.

Paso 1: Connect your Etsy account
On Pazaryerleri → Etsy → Ayarlar, press 'Etsy Hesabını Bağla' in the Bağlantı Durumu card; Etsy's authorisation screen opens. Approve it and you return to 'Etsy hesabı başarıyla bağlandı.', with Mağaza adı and Son doğrulama filled in. Authorising with a buyer account gives 'Bu Etsy hesabına bağlı bir mağaza bulunamadı.' — use your seller account.

Paso 2: Fill in the listing defaults
Once connected, an İlan varsayılanları card appears. Every listing created on Etsy starts from these values. Etsy will not create a listing without Etsy kategorisi and Kargo profili; while they are empty the card warns 'Kategori seçilmemiş — Etsy her ilanda zorunlu tutuyor.' and 'Kargo profili seçilmemiş — fiziksel ürünlerde Etsy zorunlu tutuyor.' Kim üretti? and Ne zaman üretildi? are mandatory too. If you created a new shipping profile on Etsy, press 'Etsy verilerini yenile'.

Paso 3: Pull listings and pair them with your products
On the Ürünler page, the Pazaryeri kataloğu tab lists your Etsy listings. Pull them with Senkronize et, then press Otomatik eşleştir — that links listings whose SKU matches exactly. Etsy does not require SKUs, so most listings usually stay unmatched; use Akıllı eşleştir to get candidates, or the row's Eşleştir to link by hand. For listings with no counterpart in your store, İçeri aktar creates a new product.

Paso 4: Publish a product to Etsy
On the Mağazamdaki ürünler tab, select a variant and press Yayınla. If anything is missing, the confirmation lists it under 'Yayınlamadan önce tamamlanması gerekenler' — Kategori seçilmemiş, Kargo profili seçilmemiş, Ürünün görseli yok and so on — with a link back to settings. The product's variations become options on Etsy; a product with no variations creates a single-option listing.

Paso 5: Set the three sync switches
The Senkronizasyon Ayarları card holds three switches. 'Fiyat/stok otomatik gönderilsin' pushes your changes only to listings we created — listings you made by hand are left alone. 'Etsy siparişleri mağaza siparişine dönüşsün' creates a store order for every paid Etsy order. 'Etsy siparişinde stok düşülsün' needs care: turn it on only if Etsy and your store sell from the same stock.

Paso 6: Close the price and stock differences
The Fiyat/stok farkları page lists the listings where your value and Etsy's value have diverged, with Mağaza fiyatı, Mağaza stoğu and Fark columns. The difference reads 'Sadece fiyat', 'Sadece stok' or 'Fiyat ve stok'. With nothing to fix, the page says 'Fark yok'. Listings you created by hand on Etsy stay out of this push.

Paso 7: Read the payouts and the earnings
The Hakedişler page pulls your Etsy payment-account movements: sales, fees, advertising costs, refunds and bank payouts. The Kazanç summary on top gives Brüt satış, Pazaryeri kesintileri, Net kazanç and Bankaya ödenen for the period, and the table below lists every movement with Tarih, İşlem türü, Açıklama, Tutar and Bakiye. The window can be changed to a range such as Son 30 gün.

Auto-renew costs money every time

With 'İlan süresi dolunca otomatik yenilensin' on, Etsy charges USD 0.20 on every renewal. Keeping listings that do not sell open for a long time adds up quietly; turned off, a listing simply comes down when it expires and renewing becomes your decision.

Etsy has no seller question inbox

The Sorular card is disabled on Etsy: Etsy publishes no seller-question API, and buyer messages live in Etsy's own panel. The feedback you can follow here is on the Yorumlar tab; conversations with buyers stay on Etsy's side.
