Can I see a gift card code again after issuing it?

No. It is shown only at creation and stored hashed. If the code is lost you must void the card and issue a new one.

Can I void a card that was issued by mistake?

Yes — 'İptal et' on the card row, with a mandatory reason. But a card whose balance has already moved into a wallet cannot be voided; that balance now belongs to the customer.

Is wallet balance the same as Cari Hesap?

No. The wallet is money the customer pre-paid or was gifted. Müşteriler → Cari Hesap is an open account for wholesale buyers: goods now, payment at the end of the term. Different plugins, different screens.

Setting up gift cards and the wallet

Turn on the store wallet, name its balance unit, set top-up limits, then issue gift cards one by one or in bulk and track the outstanding liability.

The store wallet holds balance a customer pre-loaded or you gifted them; a gift card is the voucher that creates that balance — when a card is redeemed it becomes wallet balance. Both belong to one plugin, because a store without a wallet has nowhere to put a redeemed card. Everything is configured under the Cüzdan menu, and two decisions shape the rest: what the balance is called, and the top-up limits.

Paso 1: Enable the wallet and put it in checkout
Cüzdan → Cüzdan Ayarları reads every setting and edits none; each card has its own Düzenle link. In the 'Cüzdan & ödeme' group, turn on 'Cüzdan aktif'. If 'Ödeme adımında cüzdanla ödeme' stays off, customers accumulate balance they cannot spend at checkout — turning the wallet itself off hides it everywhere on the storefront.

Paso 2: Name the balance unit
The balance unit is the name customers see on their balance — 'Puan' by default. Top-ups are paid in real money and recorded as 1 TL = 1 unit; the 'Para birimi' field is only the accounting currency behind it. Do not type TL, USD or EUR here: the panel flags it as a legal warning, because balance carrying a real currency name looks like electronic money.

Paso 3: Set top-up and balance limits
'Min. yükleme' and 'Maks. yükleme' are the real money a customer pays in one go, so they are entered in ₺. 'Maks. bakiye' is the most that can sit in a wallet at once and is held in the store's balance unit — 0 means unlimited. Unlimited balance means unlimited outstanding liability in your books; set a realistic ceiling.

Paso 4: Issue a single gift card
On Cüzdan → Hediye Kartları press 'Hediye kartı oluştur'. The amount is entered in the wallet unit, not in ₺. Fill 'Alıcı e-postası' and the card is e-mailed automatically; leave it empty and you deliver the code yourself. The code is shown once, in the creation dialog only — the system keeps a hashed copy and can never display it again.

Paso 5: Bulk-issue for corporate orders
For staff bonuses or a corporate order use 'Toplu hediye kartı üret': you enter a card count, a balance per card and a mandatory note. The note is required because the operation creates spendable balance out of nothing. Codes are downloaded as CSV from the result dialog and are not stored — close that window without downloading and the codes are gone for good.

Paso 6: Track liability and balance movements
Cüzdan → Hediye Kartı Raporu shows outstanding liability, redemption rate and ageing: balance you sold but that has not been spent is a debt in your books, not revenue. Day-to-day movements live under Cüzdan → Cüzdan İşlemleri, where clicking a row lets you press 'Faturalandırmaya başla' and turn a top-up into a sales record. Only balance additions are invoiceable.

The code is shown once — keep your own archive

Neither a single nor a bulk card code can be viewed later; only a hash is kept. In bulk issuing, closing the dialog without downloading the CSV makes 120 cards unusable in one move.

Do not issue a card to credit one customer

Instead of printing a card as an apology or a gesture, open the customer record's 'Cüzdan, Yıldız & Hediyeler' block and press 'Bakiye hediye et': enter an amount and a note, the balance lands in the wallet immediately and there is no code to manage.
