I cannot find Pazaravan in Eklenti Marketi — what am I missing?

Nothing. Pazaravan is not a plugin you subscribe to in the market; the enrolment is done for you by Mağazamhazır. That is why there is no Pazaravan card in Eklenti Marketi — opening a ticket under Ayarlar → Destek Talepleri is all you need to do.

Does joining Pazaravan close my own store or move my products?

No. Your store keeps running on its own domain. Pazaravan is a second shop window: a copy of your products is exported there and nothing is removed from your store.

When do my products appear on Pazaravan?

At the first export after enrolment. The export runs automatically every night, so waiting until the next day for a newly added product is normal.

What do I have to do when a Pazaravan order arrives?

Exactly what you do for your own orders: prepare and ship it from Siparişler → Sipariş Listesi. There is no separate Pazaravan screen to visit.

Enrol your store in the Pazaravan multi-seller marketplace: your catalogue is copied across and its orders land in your own order list.

Pazaravan is a marketplace where many sellers share one storefront. Once your store is enrolled, your product catalogue is exported to it and orders placed there arrive in your panel as ordinary orders. There is no separate Pazaravan console — you work from the order and product screens you already use.

Paso 1: Update your company details
Under Ayarlar → Firma open the 'Yasal & Vergi' block and fill in Şirket Adı, Şirket Vergi Numarası and Şirket Vergi Dairesi. Your Pazaravan seller record is created from these details; left empty, the enrolment produces a seller record that says nothing.

Paso 2: Ask for the enrolment through Destek Talepleri
Enrolment happens once per store and is performed by Mağazamhazır: there is no join button and no Pazaravan screen in your panel, and no Pazaravan card in Eklenti Marketi either. Open a 'Yeni Destek Talebi' under Ayarlar → Destek Talepleri and say that you want your store enrolled in Pazaravan.

Paso 3: Watch the catalogue transfer
After enrolment your catalogue is exported once and a nightly job repeats the export — so a product you add now may not appear on Pazaravan until the next day. After the transfer, the product text and images on Pazaravan are edited there independently; renaming a product in your own panel does not travel back.
Paso 4: Recognise a Pazaravan order
An order placed on Pazaravan sits in Siparişler → Sipariş Listesi alongside everything else. Open it and the header carries a 'Pazaravan Siparişi' pill and a 'Pazaravan Sipariş No' field — that number is your reference when the customer or a return comes up, and seeing it for the first time is also how you know the enrolment went through.

Do not look for Pazaravan in the source filter

The 'Kaynak' filter on the order list offers your own store, the till, tables and the connected marketplaces — Pazaravan is not one of its options. The pill on the order detail is how you tell a Pazaravan order apart.

The two catalogues diverge after the first transfer

If you fix a product name or description on Pazaravan, that fix stays there. To have one campaign wording in both places you must update both by hand.
