Do the providers differ?

Yes, and we state it plainly. Uyumsoft, Sovos and Mikro support all 21 operations. Paraşüt supports 19: its API has no e-despatch send endpoint, so those two operations are not possible. Bizimhesap is a simple invoicing service and does not include the e-despatch chain.

What happens if an invoice cannot be issued?

Transient errors (provider load, network, 5xx) are retried automatically with increasing delays. Permanent errors — a missing tax number, for example — fail fast and are listed on the Failed Invoices screen with the provider's own message.

Can I retry a failed invoice manually?

Yes. Every row on the Failed Invoices screen has a retry button. The retry goes back through the normal queue, so provider rate limits are respected and the outcome updates the same row.

When is e-despatch created?

When the order moves to shipped or delivered. Because it is a scheduled sweep rather than a hook on one carrier, it works no matter how the shipment was created.

Can I change provider later?

Yes. Provider selection is a setting. Past documents keep the provider they were issued with, so your audit trail stays intact.

No. E-invoice, e-archive and e-despatch come with the Mağazamhazır e-invoice plugin. On international platforms these documents typically require subscribing to a third-party app.

Why compliance is an infrastructure problem

E-invoice and e-despatch are not optional for businesses selling in Turkey. These documents are tied directly to order data: customer details, line items, VAT rates and shipment information. If document generation lives outside the platform, keeping that data in sync across two systems becomes your responsibility.

The cost of the third-party app approach

International commerce platforms do not ship the Turkey-specific e-document chain natively; compliance is delivered through third-party apps. That means an extra subscription, a separate support contact, and an integration surface between order and invoice. When an order closes and no invoice is issued, working out which side failed becomes your job.

What a native chain changes

On Mağazamhazır the order, the invoice and the despatch note live in the same database and the same application. The invoice draft is produced directly from order data with no mapping layer in between. If delivery to the provider fails, that is a visible event in the platform's own queue.

Provider independence

Six providers implement the same internal interface. That means you can use whichever provider your accountant prefers, and changing later is not a migration project. We do not hide the capability differences between them — we state openly that Paraşüt cannot send e-despatch.
