Do I have to pair my products with Amazon listings?

Anything you published to Amazon from this panel is already linked. But listings you opened on Amazon before joining were keyed to your older stock codes, so they arrive on the Ürünler page unpaired — link them with Eşleştir or Akıllı eşleştir, and turn the ones with no counterpart into products with İçeri aktar. The only thing missing on Amazon is Otomatik eşleştir: the listing is already keyed by your own SKU, so there is no second code to match on.

I keep getting 'Amazon bu isteği yetki eksikliği nedeniyle reddetti'

A role was not ticked when the app was authorised: orders need Direct-to-Consumer Shipping, and payouts and settlements need Finance and Accounting. Press Yeniden Bağlan on the settings page and approve the missing roles on the consent screen.

It says the seller account is already registered to another connection

'Yetkilendirdiğiniz Amazon satıcı hesabı zaten başka bir bağlantıya kayıtlı.' means the same seller account is already connected to another store. One Amazon seller account can only be attached to one connection at a time, and clearing it needs the support team.

The Amazon integration brings your Seller Central listings, orders, inventory, returns and settlement records into your own admin. The connection is made on Amazon's own consent screen, and the roles you tick there decide what the integration is allowed to see. Because Amazon keys a listing by your own SKU there is no Otomatik eşleştir step here, unlike other marketplaces — you pair listings yourself on the Ürünler page with Eşleştir and Akıllı eşleştir.

Étape 1: Pick the marketplace and connect
On Pazaryerleri → Amazon → Ayarlar, fill in 'Pazar yeri (ülke)' first: choose the Amazon marketplace your seller account belongs to, because the consent screen opens in that country's Seller Central. Then press 'Amazon'a Bağlan'. You should come back to 'Amazon hesabı başarıyla bağlandı.' with Satıcı ID and Bölge filled in.

Étape 3: Set the sync options
In the Senkronizasyon Ayarları card, Varsayılan Pazaryeri is used whenever no marketplace is specified. 'Otomatik Fiyat & Stok Senkronizasyonu' pushes your price and stock changes to Amazon. 'Otomatik Kargo Bildirimi' notifies Amazon automatically when an order ships. 'Sipariş Senkronizasyonu' pulls new Amazon orders every 2 minutes.

Étape 4: Confirm that Amazon notifications are subscribed
The Amazon Bildirimleri card at the bottom of the settings page shows whether Amazon is pushing order and listing changes to us in real time. The status reads Kurulu, Kısmen kurulu, Kurulamadı or Hiç denenmedi, and Son olay tells you when the last notification arrived. On a partial or failed status, press 'Bildirimleri Yeniden Kur'. With notifications off, orders only arrive on the 2-minute poll.

Étape 5: Pair your listings with your products

Pazaryerleri → Amazon → Ürünler has two tabs: Pazaryeri kataloğu shows your Amazon listings, Mağazamdaki ürünler your own catalogue. Anything you published from this panel is already linked; if you sold on Amazon before joining, those listings were opened under your older stock codes and arrive unpaired. 'Eşleştir' on a row links a listing to one of your variants, 'Akıllı eşleştir' works through the candidates the matcher scored, and 'İçeri aktar' creates products from listings that have no counterpart here. The one disabled button is Otomatik eşleştir — a listing is already keyed by your own SKU, so there is no second code to match on.

Étape 6: Push inventory to Amazon

Pazaryerleri → Amazon → Stok lists every listing with Ürün, SKU, ASIN, Stok, Fiyat, Pazaryeri durumu and Karşılama — the last of which says whether you ship the order (MFN) or Amazon does (AFN). Rows at zero stock are drawn in red: they are live and unbuyable. 'Stoku Senkronize Et' sends the current levels; inventory goes to Amazon as one single bulk feed, and you watch the result on the Beslemeler page.

Open an order from Siparişler and press 'Siparişi Kargola'. Kargo Kodu and Takip Numarası are both required — leave them empty and you get 'Kargo kodu ve takip numarası zorunludur.'. If your carrier is not in the list, choose 'Diğer (kargo adını yazın)' and fill in Kargo Şirketi. Pressing 'Kargoyu Onayla' returns 'Kargo bilgisi gönderildi.'

Étape 8: Follow settlements and reports
The Mutabakat Raporları page lists the financial event groups on your Amazon account with Olay Grup ID, Dönem Başlangıcı, Dönem Bitişi and Durum, refreshed with 'Mutabakat Senkronize Et'. On the Raporlar page, 'Rapor İste' asks Amazon for a new report and 'Amazon'dakileri Getir' adds the ones Amazon produced by itself. Settlement reports cannot be requested — Amazon produces those on its own schedule.

A push's verdict lives on the Beslemeler page

Price, stock and shipment notices go to Amazon as bulk feeds, and sending is not the same as being accepted. The Beslemeler page lists every job with Besleme No, Besleme Türü and Tamamlanma, and its state reads queued, processing, done or ended in error. The answer to 'I sent it but nothing changed' is almost always here.

A message to an Amazon buyer cannot be taken back

Amazon does not expose the seller question inbox over the API; buyer questions are answered in Seller Central. You can send a message for an order from the Mesajlar page, but it goes to the real buyer on your Amazon account and cannot be recalled — read the Mesaj Türü and the text twice before sending.
