Adding branches and per-branch stock
Define your physical shops under Şubeler, give each its own stock, opening hours and delivery areas, and move stock between branches.
The Franchise plugin is for businesses with more than one physical shop: every branch gets its own stock, its own staff and its own delivery areas, and you watch all of them from one panel. Every store already has a default branch, so nothing changes while you run a single shop. The moment you open the second one, which shelf the stock came off and which shop fulfils an order become real questions — this article sets that up.
Avant de commencer
- The Franchise plugin enabled on your store
- Görüntüle and Düzenle permission on the Şubeler resource under Ekip ve Roller — that screen ships with a separate plugin (staff-permissions); without it the menu carries Kullanıcı Rolleri instead
- Each branch's street address and its point on the map
Étapes
Les écrans sont illustratifs ; les données de votre panneau différeront.
Étape 1: Open the branch list and add the first branch
Şubeler → Tüm Şubeler shows four counters at the top: total branches, active branches, low-stock products and orders still waiting for a branch. With no records yet the list reads 'Şube bulunamadı'. Press Şube Ekle to define your first shop.

Enter the branch name, phone, e-mail and address, then mark the point on the map in the Konum box — you can drag the marker to fine-tune it. A branch left without a location shows 'Konum belirlenmemiş' and never appears on the map. If Posta kodu is empty, shipments leaving that branch use the store's central postcode.

Once saved, the branch detail page has an Açılış Saatleri tab where you enter a range per day. The Genel Bakış tab summarises it as today's hours plus 'Şu An Açık' or 'Şu An Kapalı'. Under Tatiller / Kapalı Günler press Gün Ekle to record public holidays; with none defined it reads 'Tanımlı tatil yok'.

On the Teslimat Bölgeleri tab, Bölge Ekle records the city, district or neighbourhood this branch serves. It looks optional and is not: a branch with no area warns 'Teslimat bölgesi tanımlanmamış. Bu şube ödeme adımında otomatik seçilmeyecek.' When matching a customer address the narrowest scope wins — neighbourhood beats district, district beats city.
Delivery areas
No delivery area defined. This branch will not be picked automatically at checkout.

Şubeler → Stok Seviyeleri opens the stock matrix: variants down the rows, branches across the columns. Click a cell to edit the available quantity; every change is written to the stock movement log. Use Ürün Ekle → Stoğa Ekle the first time a product lands in a branch. A low-stock threshold can be set per branch; left empty it inherits the store-wide threshold and shows as 'Devralındı'.

You are viewing stock across all branches. Click a cell to edit — every change is recorded as a stock movement.

On Şubeler → Stok Transferleri press Yeni transfer, pick the source branch, the destination branch and the lines, then Talep oluştur. Raising a request does not move stock. The order runs Talep edildi → Onaylandı → Yolda → Teslim alındı, and on Teslim al you enter what actually arrived. A shortfall is recorded as a loss and is never added back to the source branch.

Conseils
Scope staff roles to a branch
The Şube kapsamı field lives on Ekip ve Roller, which ships with the separate staff-permissions plugin — without it the menu carries Kullanıcı Rolleri and a role cannot be limited to a branch. Left empty the scope applies the role to every branch; lock it to one branch while creating the role so the Kadıköy manager cannot edit Beşiktaş stock.
A branch with orders is deactivated, not deleted
Deleting is refused with 'Bu şubenin siparişleri olduğu için silinemez. Bunun yerine pasifleştirin.' Use Pasifleştir on the Genel Bakış tab instead: past orders keep their branch, and no new order is routed there.
Questions fréquentes
- Does adding a branch split my existing stock?
- No. A new branch starts at zero and existing quantities are not distributed automatically. You either type the per-branch figures on the Stok Seviyeleri screen or move units with Stok Transferleri.
- Which branch does an order go to?
- The branch whose delivery areas match the customer's address. If none match, the order stays 'Şube Atanmamış' and is counted under orders awaiting a branch; you assign it by hand with Şube Ata on the order screen, where the suggestion list shows which branches have it in stock and which only partially.
- Can a customer collect the order from the shop?
- Yes. Şubeler → Mağazadan Teslim queues orders waiting to be collected. Mark one ready and the customer is notified; when they arrive you search by pickup code or order number and press Teslim et. A wrong code is refused with 'Teslim kodu eşleşmiyor'.
