Can I delete a tier that has members?

No. A tier with active members cannot be deleted. Turn off 'Satışta' instead: current members finish their period and nobody new can buy it.

What happens when a renewal payment fails?

The membership moves to 'Ödeme başarısız' and the member loses access to gated content. Access returns when they update their card; the membership detail shows how many attempts were made.

Does the membership discount stack with a coupon?

The Memberships plugin lets you sell a tier a customer pays for again and again: packages like Bronze, Silver and Gold, billed monthly or yearly, with benefits applied automatically on every order. Iyzico runs the billing; the panel manages what you sell and who is paying. If you want to sell a one-off file or a licence, this is not the plugin — a membership sells continuity.

Étape 1: Open the Üyelikler page
Üyelikler in the sidebar is a single page: the money at the top (monthly recurring revenue, active members, failed payments), the tiers in the middle, the members below. With no tiers the table reads 'Henüz üyelik seviyesi yok'. Start with 'Seviye ekle'.

Étape 2: Name and price the tier
The tier name is the heading on the pricing card and the description sits right under it. Leave 'Aylık fiyat' or 'Yıllık fiyat' empty and that cycle is not offered; leave both empty and the panel refuses to save, because nobody can buy a tier with no price. The benefits list on this screen is the tick list shown on the pricing card — copy, not rules.

Étape 3: Keep tier rank and display order apart
There are two numbers here and confusing them breaks access. 'Seviye sırası (rank)' builds the hierarchy: a bigger number is a higher tier, and locks like 'Gold and above' compare that number. 'Sıralama' is only the order the pricing cards appear in. Reordering the cards changes nobody's access.

Étape 4: Switch on the benefits that actually run
The lower half of the edit screen carries 'Avantajlar (gerçekten çalışan)', and those settings apply automatically in the basket and at checkout — the customer enters no coupon code. Free shipping can take a basket minimum. The standing discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount, scoped to the whole store or to selected categories/products, and capped by a maximum.

Étape 5: Put the tier on sale
The 'Satışta' switch decides whether the tier can be bought on the storefront. Turning it off does not affect existing members, it only stops new sales — that is the correct way to retire a tier. Once saved, the tier shows as 'Satışta' in the tiers table and appears in your pricing cards.

Étape 6: Manage members, renewals and cancellations
The members table at the bottom answers who is on which tier paying how much, and the 'Ödeme başarısız' filter isolates broken cards. Open a member and the actions block offers cancel at period end, cancel now and undo cancel; every one is applied on the Iyzico side too. Cancelling at period end lets the customer use the period they paid for; cancelling now cuts access instantly and cannot be undone.

Changing a price does not touch existing members

Iyzico pricing plans are immutable: a new price applies only to subscribers who join afterwards, while current members keep paying what they agreed. Plan a general price rise with that in mind.

The benefit list and the benefit itself live apart

The bullets in the tier form are only text on the pricing card. What actually makes shipping free and applies the discount is the 'Avantajlar (gerçekten çalışan)' block. Writing the first and forgetting the second means the member never receives what they paid for.
