Using RFM customer segments
Read your RFM segments and behavioural groups under Müşteriler > Segmentler, refresh the scores, and send a chosen group an email or personal coupons.
The segments page classifies your customers on three measures on its own: how recently they bought (Güncellik), how often (Sıklık) and how much in total (Parasal). Each customer lands in a segment — Şampiyonlar, Risk Altında, Uykuda and so on — and each segment's own page prints a suggested action. Instead of hand-listing who needs winning back and who deserves a reward, you read it here and mail or coupon that group from the same screen.

Pasos
Las pantallas son ilustrativas; los datos de tu panel serán distintos.
Paso 1: Open the segments page
Go to Müşteriler > Segmentler. The top of the page summarises Toplam Müşteri, Toplam Gelir and Ort. Sipariş Tutarı. The 'Anonim kullanıcıları dahil et' switch is off by default: the numbers count registered customers only, not guest sessions.

Refresh all scoresCustomer groups — vista de ejemplo del panel Paso 2: Refresh the scores
Scores are a snapshot and are never recomputed on a schedule. Press 'Tüm Puanları Yenile' before a campaign or after a busy week; when it finishes it tells you how many customers were refreshed. Without that, the list you are reading belongs to the day you last refreshed.

Customer groups — vista de ejemplo del panel Paso 3: Read the RFM segments section
This section is a grid of cards, not a table. Each card carries the segment name, the share of your customers it holds, the customer count and, under it, 'Toplam Gelir' and 'Ort. Sipariş Tutarı'. The cards are ordered by customer count, not by revenue, so the largest segment is not necessarily the valuable one. The E-posta and Kupon shortcuts at the foot of a card act on that group directly.

EmailCouponRFM segments — vista de ejemplo del panel Paso 4: Open a segment
Clicking a segment lists its customers one by one with Toplam Sipariş, Toplam Harcama, Ort. Sipariş Tutarı and Son Alışveriş. Directly under the segment badge sits a single unlabelled sentence — the suggested action for that segment. It is fixed text: a direction, not a campaign plan. Look here before building an offer — a five-person Champions segment is not worth a campaign. The same header offers E-posta Gönder and Kupon Oluştur for that group.

Below the RFM segments sit four fixed groups: Hiç Sipariş Vermedi, Yeni Kayıtlar, Yüksek Harcayanlar and 90+ Gündür Pasif. These follow a plain behavioural rule rather than an RFM score, and they catch the audience RFM cannot — a registered user who never ordered has no RFM score at all but appears here. The E-posta and Kupon shortcuts on each card do the same job as on a segment.

EmailCouponBehavioural groups — vista de ejemplo del panel Paso 6: Generate personal coupons for the group
Kupon Oluştur mints a separate code per customer: a unique suffix is appended to the prefix you type in 'Kupon Kodu Öneki', so the code cannot be shared. Fill in the discount, expiry and maximum-use fields. The 'Ayrıca SMS ile bildir' switch only reaches members opted in to marketing SMS; the rest are skipped and the result message says how many.

Consejos
The scores are relative to your own customers
Recency, frequency and monetary scores are 1-5 based on where a customer ranks among your own customers. A shop with 30 customers still shows a full Champions segment — the label is your own top slice, not an absolute achievement. Comparing two shops' Champions counts is meaningless.
Every order counts except a cancelled one
When you press 'Tüm Puanları Yenile' the scores are computed from every order that was not cancelled: an order that is paid but not yet delivered already lifts that customer's recency, frequency and monetary score. So if the segment list looks off, do not go hunting through your order statuses — you are almost certainly looking at the day you last refreshed.
Preguntas frecuentes
- Do the segments update by themselves?
- No. The scores stay as they were last computed until you press 'Tüm Puanları Yenile'. Refresh right before you build a campaign.
- What does 'Anonim kullanıcıları dahil et' do?
- It adds guest checkouts and anonymous sessions to the counts. It is off by default because every visitor carries an anonymous session, so turning it on makes the numbers far larger than your real customer count.
- Are these the same as CRM Segmentleri?
- No. These are score-driven segments built for you. CRM > CRM Segmentleri builds dynamic lists from rules you write (total spent over 5,000 and last order older than 60 days, say). Both ship with the CRM plugin: one is a ready-made classification, the other is your own query.
