Legal Compliance

Turkish compliance is infrastructure, not an app

E-invoice, e-archive and e-despatch sit in the core of Mağazamhazır. International platforms need third-party apps for these documents; here they work from day one.

Compliance should not be bolted on

Selling in Turkey means e-invoice, e-archive and — for most businesses — e-despatch. International commerce platforms do not produce these documents natively, so compliance is solved with third-party apps. That means another subscription, another support contact, and a gap between order and invoice that you own. On Mağazamhazır the document chain is the platform: when an order completes the invoice goes to your provider, transient failures are retried automatically, and anything still failing shows up in your admin panel.

How It Works

From order to document

Four steps, all inside the platform.

1

Pick your provider

Choose one of six providers in admin and enter your credentials. There is no app to install.

2

The order completes

When the order closes, the invoice draft is sent to your provider automatically.

3

E-despatch on shipment

When the order ships, the e-despatch draft is created — fully automatic on the providers that support it.

4

Failures stay visible

No document that fails to reach the provider disappears quietly. It is retried, and listed in admin if it still fails.

FAQ

About compliance

The questions we are asked most about the e-document chain.

No. E-invoice, e-archive and e-despatch come with the Mağazamhazır e-invoice plugin. On international platforms these documents typically require subscribing to a third-party app.

E-commerce legal compliance in Turkey

Why compliance is an infrastructure problem

E-invoice and e-despatch are not optional for businesses selling in Turkey. These documents are tied directly to order data: customer details, line items, VAT rates and shipment information. If document generation lives outside the platform, keeping that data in sync across two systems becomes your responsibility.

The cost of the third-party app approach

International commerce platforms do not ship the Turkey-specific e-document chain natively; compliance is delivered through third-party apps. That means an extra subscription, a separate support contact, and an integration surface between order and invoice. When an order closes and no invoice is issued, working out which side failed becomes your job.

What a native chain changes

On Mağazamhazır the order, the invoice and the despatch note live in the same database and the same application. The invoice draft is produced directly from order data with no mapping layer in between. If delivery to the provider fails, that is a visible event in the platform's own queue.

Error handling is what gets overlooked

Evaluations usually test the happy path. The real difference shows up on failure. Here, transient errors are retried automatically, permanent ones fail fast, and no failed document is left as nothing but a log line — it is listed in admin and can be retried.

Provider independence

Six providers implement the same internal interface. That means you can use whichever provider your accountant prefers, and changing later is not a migration project. We do not hide the capability differences between them — we state openly that Paraşüt cannot send e-despatch.

What to ask when evaluating

When assessing a platform, ask: do e-invoice and e-despatch require an additional app? What happens when an invoice cannot be issued, and where do I see it? How long does switching provider take? Are the installment rates real bank rates? The answers tell you more than a demo screen does.

Solve compliance on day one

E-invoice, e-archive and e-despatch are ready from setup. No extra app, no extra subscription.
