Is the online appointment system free?

The platform and your website start free, and you can open an account without a credit card. The appointment system is a separate plugin subscription — enable it only when you need it and switch it off whenever you like. There is no setup fee and no commitment.

Which businesses is it for?

Any business that runs on appointments: hair and barber salons, beauty and aesthetics centres, clinics and dentists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists and consultants, spas and massage salons, studios, vets and private tutors. Service durations and staff availability are entirely up to your definitions.

How do customers book?

From the booking page on your site: they choose the service, the staff member, a free slot in the calendar and leave their contact details. No account is required. All you have to do is put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile or a WhatsApp message.

Can two bookings land on the same slot?

No. Once a staff member's time slot is taken it closes automatically and is not shown again. Availability is calculated live from the service duration, so conflicts are blocked by the system.

Are reminders sent automatically?

Yes. Confirmations and reminders are delivered automatically by email. If you also enable the WhatsApp plugin you can send those notifications over WhatsApp.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. There is no per-booking commission and no per-customer fee. Unlike booking portals, the system runs on your own domain under your own brand — and the customer data is yours.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Start with the free address that comes ready, or connect your own domain from day one. Domain connection is done from the panel and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.
