Can two bookings land on the same slot?

No. Once a staff member's time slot is taken it closes automatically and is not shown again. Availability is calculated live from the service duration, so conflicts are blocked by the system.

Are reminders sent automatically?

Yes. Confirmations and reminders are delivered automatically by email. If you also enable the WhatsApp plugin you can send those notifications over WhatsApp.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. There is no per-booking commission and no per-customer fee. Unlike booking portals, the system runs on your own domain under your own brand — and the customer data is yours.

Can I use my own domain?
