You define your venue's areas and tables once; the system works out which table is free for a given date, time and party size and shows it to the guest. The guest picks one, it lands in your reservation panel, and both sides get an automatic notification. Instead of a paper book or phone notes you get a system that sits on your real table plan and cannot double-book.
