Property: gross/net m², rooms, building age, floor, heating, furnished, lift, parking, title deed status. Car gallery: make, model year, mileage, transmission, fuel, body type, engine power. Machinery: machine type, year, running hours, capacity. Pick the schema and the fields arrive on your form — add your own or drop the ones you don't need.
Every field you mark filterable appears in the visitor's filter panel. Numeric fields arrive as a "min – max" range instead of a value list: 0–50,000 km, 100–200 m², 2015 and newer. Listings with a location are also filterable by city and district.
Add city, district, neighbourhood and a map pin to a listing; the map appears on the listing page automatically, and listings without a location look exactly as before. Visitors add up to four listings to the comparison, and the table is built row by row from the shared schema's attributes.
Per listing you can hide the price, disable add-to-cart and switch on the offer form. The visitor leaves a name, phone and offer amount; the record lands in your store's existing inbox and on the customer's card. There is no separate leads screen to learn.
