Can I read my mail on the web?

No, this plugin does not include a web-based inbox. You add the address to the mail app on your phone or computer using the IMAP and SMTP connection details.

Can I open unlimited addresses?

We do not promise unlimited addresses. See the pricing page for the current scope and price.

Do my store's automatic emails go out from these addresses?

No. Automatic emails such as order confirmations are sent from the platform's own sending infrastructure. You can style them with the Custom Email Templates plugin.

What happens if the plugin lapses?

Your existing addresses and their connection details stay visible in the panel; creating new addresses and editing existing ones stops.

Activate the Business Email plugin from your store panel.

Create your address

Enter the first part of the address, a sender name and a password, and choose your store's subdomain or your verified domain.
