A new Trendyol GO order lands in your panel and an audible alert sounds. Enter a preparation time and accept it in one tap.

When the food is ready you tap “Ready” and Trendyol GO sends its own courier. No finding one, no haggling, no paying one.

If one item has run out, cancel just that item and send the rest of the order. You pick the reason, and the customer is told.

Cash, card and meal card (Sodexo, Multinet, Edenred…) are reported separately. What went into your till, and what each provider still owes you, never get mixed up.

Map each Trendyol GO store to one of your branches: the order lands in the right kitchen and is never prepared at the wrong branch.

Orders the customer will collect are listed on their own, so courier and address details never get in your way.

If you run a supermarket, corner shop or greengrocer rather than a restaurant, you enable Trendyol GO's Quick Market vertical. Product, stock and price information is pushed from your panel to Trendyol GO, so you no longer maintain your catalog in two places.

Every push is first computed as a preview: how many products will be added, how many prices will change, how many will go out of stock. Nothing is sent until you approve it. If most of the catalog would go out of stock, or a price moves too far, the push stops by itself.
