Can I use a provider other than iyzico?

The Ödeme category on Ayarlar → Entegrasyonlar lists the providers available on your store. A provider not listed there is not currently supported.

Payments fail and I cannot see why. What now?

The provider's error message appears on the order detail. The usual causes are a missing phone number, incomplete company details, or mixed-up sandbox/production keys.

Start the refund from the order detail and the amount goes back to the same card. Partial refunds are supported.

To take credit and debit cards you need a payment provider. MağazamHazır's default for Turkey is iyzico, with 3D Secure, instalments and saved cards. This guide covers the connection and what to do before going live.

API Key and Secret Key from your iyzico panel

Step 1: Open the iyzico card
In Ayarlar → Entegrasyonlar, find iyzico under the Ödeme category and press Kur.

Step 2: Enter the API keys
Paste the API Key and Secret Key from your iyzico panel. Sandbox and production keys differ — use sandbox while testing and production when going live.

Step 3: Configure instalments
Choose which instalment counts are offered and above what basket value. Whether you pass the instalment commission on to the customer is part of the same setting.
Step 4: Run a full test order
With sandbox keys, place a real order on your own store: add to cart, enter an address, pay by card and clear the 3D Secure screen. Do not go live until you have seen that order land as paid in the panel.
Step 5: Switch to live keys
If the test passed, enter the production keys and save. When the card shows the production badge, collection is live. Placing one small real order on your own card and refunding it is a good habit.

Tips

No phone number, no payment

iyzico expects a valid phone number for the buyer. If the phone field is off in your signup form, payments are rejected provider-side.

Do not turn off 3D Secure

With 3D Secure off, liability for fraudulent card attempts moves to you. Disabling it for conversion is nearly always a loss once chargebacks are counted.
