How to connect and verify a custom domain
Connect your own domain to your store: add it in the panel, enter the DNS record at your registrar, verify, and wait for the SSL certificate.
Your store is live on a MağazamHazır subdomain from day one, but you will want to hand customers your own address. Connecting a domain is a two-sided job: you add the domain in the panel, and you add a record in the DNS panel of wherever you bought the domain. This guide covers both sides.
Before you start
- A domain you already own (GoDaddy, Natro, Cloudflare, İsimtescil, …)
- Access to that domain's DNS settings
- A verified mobile number — adding a domain requires it
Steps
Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.
Step 1: Add the domain in the panel
Go to Ayarlar → Özel Alan Adı and press Alan Adı Ekle. Both a root domain (yourstore.com) and a subdomain (shop.yourstore.com) work.

The panel then shows DNS Talimatları with a record row: type, name and value. Use the copy button — a single mistyped character makes verification fail.

Open the DNS management screen at the company you bought the domain from and add the same record. The screen has different names per provider: DNS Management, Advanced DNS, Zone Editor. Propagation usually takes minutes, occasionally hours.
Step 4: Press Verify
Back in the panel, press Doğrula. When the status reads Doğrulandı the domain is attached. If it fails, the record has probably not propagated yet — wait a few minutes and retry.

After verification the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically. Once ready, your address appears under 'Siteniz bu adreste yayında' and you can check it with Siteyi aç.
Tips
Root domain or www?
You can connect both. The common setup is the root domain as the main address with www redirecting to it — add both in the panel so the certificate covers both.
If you use Cloudflare
Leave the record as DNS only (grey cloud) while verifying. With the proxy on (orange cloud) the verification request terminates at Cloudflare and can fail.
Frequently asked questions
- Will my site go down while the domain connects?
- No. Your store stays reachable on the MağazamHazır subdomain until verification and the certificate are done; the new address then takes over.
- Verification keeps failing — what now?
- The usual cause is DNS not yet propagated. Check the record's type, name and value match the panel exactly, wait 15 minutes and press Doğrula again.
- Do I pay extra for the SSL certificate?
- No. It is issued and renewed automatically at no additional cost.
