Using the visual page editor

Edit your store pages in the visual editor: add sections, pick a variant and style, tune the mobile layer, then save the draft and publish it.

Every page in your store — home, about, product listing, cart — is built from sections, and all of them are edited in the same visual editor. The editor is on every plan and is not bought separately. You write no code: you add sections from the left panel, click a section in the preview and change its content and styling on the right. Everything sits in a draft until you press Yayınla (Publish); visitors see nothing before that.

Before you start

  • An admin account with the pages:read permission
  • The editor is open on every store — no extra plugin is needed; the Page Builder plugin only unlocks the section variants marked Pro and multiple workspaces
  • The images you want on the page, ready to upload

Steps

Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.

  1. Step 1: Open the editor and pick the page

İçerik → Sayfalar opens the editor straight on the home page. To move to another page press Sayfa değiştir in the top bar; the Sayfalar list opens with pages grouped under Mağaza, İçerik, Profil, Yasal and Sistem. Each card carries a Yayında (published) or Taslak (draft) badge. If the page does not exist yet, use Yeni sayfa oluştur in the same list.

  2. Step 2: Add a section and choose its style

The Bölümler panel on the left lists the page's sections in order. Press Bölüm Ekle and search, or browse the Hero, İçerik, Ürünler, Galeri and SSS categories. Once you pick a section you choose its style — the same section ships several variants (Ortalanmış Esnek, Bölünmüş Düzen, Video Arka Plan) and the variant can be changed later. Drag sections to reorder them.

  3. Step 3: Edit the section's content and styling

Click a section in the preview and Bölüm Ayarları opens on the right. Varyant sits at the top, then the groups İçerik (title, subtitle, badge, button text, button link), Medya, Düzen & Boyutlandırma and Arka plan ve stil. When there are too many groups, use the settings search box. With nothing selected the panel reads Seçim Yok.

  4. Step 4: Edit the header and footer from the Global panel

The header, footer, cookie notice, bottom tab bar and marketing popup belong to the whole store rather than to one page, so you edit them in the Global panel on the left — one change applies everywhere. Menu links live in the Navigasyon Linkleri group, their look in Navigasyon Stili.

  5. Step 5: Tune the mobile and tablet layers

The device switcher in the top bar offers Masaüstü (desktop), Tablet and Mobil. Mobile inherits desktop to begin with; the moment you change a setting on mobile, that section forks into its own mobile version and stops following desktop. To drop a section on one device only, use Bu cihazda gizle — nothing is deleted, it is hidden on that layer.

  6. Step 6: Work the SEO panel and page settings

The SEO panel on the left holds this page's SEO assistant report: findings such as an empty page title, no H1 heading or images missing alt text, each with a fix shortcut. The meta fields themselves live in the Sayfa Ayarları dialog — SEO Başlığı and SEO Açıklaması. The page's URL path, however, cannot be changed after creation.

  7. Step 7: Save the draft and publish

Your changes stay in the draft; a yellow dot appears on Taslak Kaydet while there is unsaved work. Press Yayınla and the page goes live with the message 'Sayfa başarıyla yayınlandı'. Check Müşteri Olarak Önizle first to see it as a visitor. While you are viewing the published version the editor is read-only — switch back to the draft to keep editing.

Tips

Copy a section to another page

Use Bölümü kopyala on a section you like; the toast reads 'Section copied — press Cmd/Ctrl+V to paste it on any page', so you open another page and paste. That saves rebuilding the same campaign strip on five pages. Not every section fits every page — where it does not, the editor says so instead of pasting.

Disable a page rather than deleting it

To pull a page off the storefront temporarily use Sayfayı kapat: the content and your ability to edit it survive, the page leaves your sitemap and visitors get the 404 page. System pages cannot be renamed or deleted at all, and disabling a core page such as the cart or login stops customers completing an order.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy a plugin to use the page editor?
No. The editor is open on every store under İçerik → Sayfalar, and any admin with pages:read can edit a page. The Page Builder plugin only unlocks the section variants badged Pro — those carry 'Subscribe to Page Builder to unlock this variant' — and multiple workspaces.
What is the difference between saving a draft and publishing?
Taslak Kaydet stores your work in the admin only; nothing changes on the storefront. Yayınla copies the draft over the live version, and visitors see the new page from that moment.
Can I change a page's URL path later?
No. The page settings dialog states that the path cannot be changed once the page exists. If you must move it, create a page on the new path, move the content across, then send the old address to the new one as a 301 (Kalıcı) rule under Ürünler → URL Yönlendirmeleri.
Will editing on mobile break the desktop layout?
No. As soon as you change a setting on the mobile layer, that section gets its own mobile version, independent of desktop. If you want inheritance back, reset the mobile version from the same panel and it follows desktop again.
