How often do orders arrive?

With 'Sipariş senkronizasyonu aktif' on, every 5 minutes in the background. A webhook is registered on top of that, and the Webhook Durumu card shows the last event. To refresh a single order immediately, its detail page has a 'Hepsiburada'dan Yeniden Senkronize Et' button.

Are invoices issued automatically?

Not by default. 'Otomatik fatura oluştur' arrives off and you issue the invoice yourself. Turned on, every packed order gets an invoice automatically and its link is sent to Hepsiburada — an invoice is a legal document, so turn this on deliberately.

Setting up the Hepsiburada integration

Create a service key in your Hepsiburada seller panel, connect with your merchant ID and password, pair listings to products, run orders from one panel.

The Hepsiburada integration pulls the listings, orders, claims, questions and settlement records of your seller account into your own admin. You push price and stock from here, and you process incoming orders on your own order screen. The first step of the setup does not happen in our panel: Hepsiburada requires the seller to grant the access from their own seller panel.

Before you start

The Hepsiburada Pazaryeri plugin enabled on your plan
Access to the Hepsiburada seller panel — the service key is created there
Your merchant ID (it doubles as the API username)
For Excel product imports, the Hepsiburada Aktarma plugin as well

Step 1: Create a service key in your Hepsiburada panel
Open Pazaryerleri → Hepsiburada → Ayarlar. Before a connection exists, the page starts with a card titled 'Başlamadan önce: Hepsiburada panelinizde yetki verin' containing our integrator name. Copy it, go to Ayarlar → Entegrasyon Bilgileri → Servis Anahtarı Ekle in the Hepsiburada seller panel, search that integrator name and grant access. Copy the password it generates immediately — it is shown only once.

Step 2: Connect with the merchant ID and password
The Bağlantı Durumu card on the same page has only two inputs. Enter your merchant ID and the password you just generated, then press Bağlan — no separate username is asked for, because the merchant ID is the API username. When you see 'Kimlik bilgileri kaydedildi' and the Bağlı badge, the connection is live. A wrong value returns 'Bağlantı başarısız. Kimlik bilgilerinizi kontrol edin.'

Step 3: Decide on the two sync switches
As soon as the connection is made, a Webhook Durumu card and a Senkronizasyon Ayarları card appear. 'Sipariş senkronizasyonu aktif' polls Hepsiburada for new orders every 5 minutes in the background. 'Otomatik fatura oluştur' arrives OFF: while it is off you issue the invoice yourself from the order screen; turned on, every packed order gets an invoice automatically and its link is sent to Hepsiburada.

Step 4: Pair listings with your own products

The Ürünler page has two tabs: Pazaryeri kataloğu lists your Hepsiburada listings, Mağazamdaki ürünler lists your own variants. Pull the catalogue with Senkronize et. Otomatik eşleştir links rows whose stock code matches exactly and reports how many it linked. Akıllı eşleştir proposes candidates from barcode, name and attribute similarity; those do not link themselves — they wait in the "eşleşme onayını bekliyor" card with Onayla and Reddet.

Step 5: Push price and stock differences
The Fiyat/stok farkları page lists every row where your value and Hepsiburada's value have diverged, with Mağaza fiyatı, Mağaza stoğu and Fark columns. The difference reads 'Sadece fiyat', 'Sadece stok' or 'Fiyat ve stok'. What you send is processed on Hepsiburada's side within a few minutes. This screen updates existing listings; it does not open new ones.

Step 6: Follow orders, claims and invoices
The Kontrol Paneli shows four counts — products, orders, questions, claims — and, below them, recent orders and recent claims. Order statuses arrive translated: Açık, Paketlendi, Kargoya Verildi, Teslim Edildi. When Hepsiburada is waiting for an invoice, a 'Fatura Bekleyen Paketler' card appears: pressing Fatura Oluştur imports the order into your store, prepares its invoice and sends the link to Hepsiburada.

Step 7: Import your catalogue from Excel
If your Hepsiburada products do not exist in your store yet, upload Hepsiburada's product Excel from İçe Aktarma → Hepsiburada. The wizard walks through Dosya, Sütun eşleme, Özellikler, Önizleme and Sonuç. Because Hepsiburada's column headers are already known, the mapping is done directly — no AI call, no credit spent. Nothing is created until you press 'Onayla ve aktar'.

Tips

Never bulk-approve barcode matches unseen

Rows whose stock code matches exactly are safe; a barcode match is a guess, and barcodes are not always unique. A wrongly linked product sends the wrong price and stock to Hepsiburada. Approve the 'Kesin eşleşme' band in bulk, and open the 'Kontrol edilmeli' and 'Zayıf ihtimal' rows one by one.

The service key password is one-time

Hepsiburada shows the password once, on the screen where the key is created. If you lose it the same key cannot be recovered — create a new service key in the seller panel, put it in the Şifre field and press Yeniden Bağlan. The merchant ID does not change.
