Trendyol marketplace integration setup

Connect your Trendyol seller account, map the catalogue, manage orders and claims from one panel, and verify webhook status.

The Trendyol integration does two jobs: pushing your products to Trendyol and pulling Trendyol orders into your own panel. Questions, claims and settlement records sync alongside. This guide covers setup from connection to the first order flow.

Before you start

  • The Trendyol Marketplace plugin enabled
  • Seller ID, API key and API secret from your Trendyol seller panel
  • Barcodes filled in on your products — matching is done on barcode

Steps

Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.

  1. Step 1: Enter the connection details

On Pazaryerleri → Trendyol → Ayarlar, fill in Seller ID, API key and API secret, then press Bağlan. The connection status should read Bağlı.

  2. Step 2: Verify the webhook

A webhook is created automatically on connect — that is what makes orders arrive in your panel in real time. You should see a Webhook ID in the status section. If not, press Webhook'u Yeniden Oluştur.

  3. Step 3: Refresh the catalogue and match products

Press Kataloğu Yenile to pull your existing Trendyol listings. The Ürünler tab shows each listing's publish and approval status. Rows reading 'not linked to a local product' are unmatched — stock and price sync only works on matched products.

  4. Step 4: Test the order flow

Confirm that a Trendyol order lands on the Siparişler tab and appears in your own order list. Once orders flow, claims, questions and settlements start populating on their own.

  5. Step 5: Use import for bulk listing

If you have an Excel in the Trendyol template, Smart Import recognises it and builds your catalogue with variants — and because the marketplace template is recognised, it costs no AI credit.

Tips

Get in the habit of reading 'last error'

The last-error field on the settings page is the only place that says why a sync stopped. While it is populated, catalogue updates are not quietly proceeding.

No barcode, no match

Barcode is what links a Trendyol listing to your product. However similar the names, products without barcodes do not match.

Frequently asked questions

Does stock update automatically on both sides?
On matched products, yes. Listings marked as not linked to a local product do not sync.
When do pending products go live on Trendyol?
Approval status is controlled by Trendyol; you monitor pending and rejected here, but the approval process is theirs.
If I disconnect, are my products deleted from Trendyol?
No. Disconnecting only stops the sync; your Trendyol listings stay as they are.
