Yemeksepeti integration and menu import

Connect your Yemeksepeti account, set up the webhook, import your menu into your own store, and manage outlet open/closed status.

The Yemeksepeti integration brings Yemeksepeti orders into your own panel and keeps your menu consistent across both. Importing a menu that already exists on Yemeksepeti is also far faster than entering products from scratch.

Before you start

  • The Yemeksepeti plugin enabled
  • Client ID, client secret, chain ID and vendor ID from Yemeksepeti

Steps

Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.

  1. Step 1: Enter the connection details

Fill the four fields on Pazaryerleri → Yemeksepeti → Ayarlar and press Bağlan. Once the status reads Bağlı, confirm with Bağlantıyı Test Et.

  2. Step 2: Register the webhook on Yemeksepeti's side

Copy the webhook URL and secret from the Webhook section into Yemeksepeti's integration settings. Skip this and orders never reach your panel.

  3. Step 3: Pull the menu

Press Kataloğu Yenile to import your Yemeksepeti menu. Imported records appear on the Ürünler and Kategoriler tabs; 'Ürün kataloğu yenilendi' means it finished.

  4. Step 4: Manage outlet status

The Şube Durumu tab controls whether your restaurant shows as open or closed on Yemeksepeti. Closing it during a rush beats taking orders you cannot cook.

  5. Step 5: Confirm the first order

Check that the first Yemeksepeti order appears on the Siparişler tab and in your own order list. The 'last received' field is the only proof the webhook really works.

Tips

Set up your own delivery too

If you also want orders through your own site alongside Yemeksepeti, define delivery zones and time slots — that is the commission-free channel.

Rotating the key breaks the webhook

After Anahtarı Yenile you must update the value on Yemeksepeti's side too, or incoming events fail verification.

Frequently asked questions

It says no webhook received yet — what does that mean?
Either the webhook URL and secret are not yet registered on Yemeksepeti's side, or no event has arrived. Even with the connection established, orders do not flow while this is empty.
Which side should I manage the menu from?
Managing the catalogue in your own panel and reflecting it to Yemeksepeti is faster and less error-prone than hand-maintaining two menus.
If I disconnect, do I lose my orders?
No. Disconnecting only stops the sync; orders already in your panel stay.
