What if the customer's address is in none of my zones?

They are not offered courier delivery. If you have a shipping method they see that instead; if not, they cannot complete the order.

Is the zone fee the same as what the courier company charges me?

No. This is what you collect from the customer. If you use an on-demand courier company, what it bills you appears separately on the order screen as 'Tahmini kurye ücreti'.

Can one neighbourhood be in two zones?

No. The system warns 'Bu yer zaten eklenmiş' — each place belongs to exactly one zone.

Creating delivery zones and setting fees

Define the neighbourhoods your own couriers deliver to, give each zone a fee, minimum basket and estimated time, and set delivery time slots.

If you deliver with your own couriers rather than a shipping carrier — restaurant, bakery, grocer, florist — you tell the system which neighbourhoods you cover, what you charge for each, and how long delivery takes. When a customer enters their address it is matched against your zones; if it falls in none, no delivery option is offered.

Step 1: Open the delivery zones page
Under Ayarlar → Kurye, find Teslimat Bölgeleri on the Kurye Teslimat Ayarları page and press Yeni bölge. With no zones yet, it reads 'Henüz teslimat bölgesi yok'.

Step 2: Name the zone and choose its coverage
The zone name is not shown to customers — it is your own label, like 'Central districts'. Under Kapsam, press Kapsama ekle and pick a city, district or neighbourhood. A place cannot be in two zones; the system warns you.

Step 3: Set the fee and minimum basket
The courier fee is real money (₺), not wallet or gift-card points. Baskets under the minimum are never offered this zone's courier option. Leaving 'free over' empty means delivery is never free in that zone.

Step 4: Give an estimated delivery time
The min and max minutes are shown to the customer as '30-45 min'. The upper bound cannot be lower than the lower one. Be realistic: a tight promise generates more complaints than a late order does.
Step 5: Activate and save the zone
Turn on 'Bölge aktif' and save. When you see 'Teslimat bölgesi oluşturuldu' the zone is live and customers in that neighbourhood see the courier option at checkout.
Step 6: Define delivery hours
On the Teslimat Saatleri tab you add slots with a day, a start and an end time. A slot can apply to all zones or one specific zone, and a capacity limits how many orders that slot accepts — leave capacity empty for unlimited.

Tips

Give far neighbourhoods their own zone

Rather than one zone with an averaged fee, split near and far: near customers pay less and far deliveries stop losing money.

Do not leave a zone with no coverage

A zone with nothing added shows 'Kapsam yok' and matches no address — it looks defined but does nothing.
