The courier integration sends your orders to on-demand courier companies in one click. If you run your own couriers you do not need it — delivery zones are enough there. This guide is for stores working with an external courier company.

A Client ID and Client Secret from the courier company

Steps

Step 1: Open the integration and pick a provider
In Ayarlar → Entegrasyonlar, under the Kargo & Teslimat category, find the Kurye Entegrasyonu card and press Kur. Choose your company under Kurye sağlayıcısı.

Step 2: Enter the connection details
Fill Client ID, Client Secret and the API address with the values the company gave you. The sandbox/production badges show which environment you are on — make sure you are on production before going live.

Step 3: Test the connection
Press Bağlantıyı test et and do not proceed until you see 'Bağlantı başarılı'. If you get an invalid-credentials error, re-copy the values — a stray space is the usual culprit.
Step 4: Check pickup points and the central address
Alım noktaları shows where the courier collects from, taken from your store's central address. Work through anything missing until the readiness section reads 'Hazır — siparişlerinizi kuryeye gönderebilirsiniz'.
Step 5: Dispatch an order
On the order detail, choose a vehicle type in the Kurye section and press Kuryeye Gönder. You can add a courier note and tick 'Zili çalma'. The status then moves through searching → assigned → out for delivery → delivered, and Haritada gör shows the courier's last location.

Tips

No address coordinates means no fee estimate

A blank estimated fee means the delivery address could not be geocoded. Making customers pick their address on the map solves this at the source.

Do not skip 'mark as prepared'

Marking the order prepared notifies the courier, so they are not waiting on you.
