Approving and managing customer reviews

Read your product reviews under İçerik > Yorumlar, filter them by rating, and approve, hold or reject each one before it reaches the product page.

The reviews page is the single decision point for your store's product reviews. Every review arrives in the Beklemede state and does not appear on the product page until you approve it — so what gets published is always your call. This screen is part of every plan and needs no extra plugin.

Before you start

  • At least one delivered order — only a customer who received the item can review it
  • A panel user with permission to view reviews

Steps

Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.

  1. Step 1: Open the reviews page

Go to İçerik > Yorumlar. The total review count sits beside the heading. With no reviews yet the page reads 'Değerlendirme bulunamadı' with 'Müşteriler geri bildirim bıraktığında değerlendirmeler burada görünecek' below it — that is not an error, just an empty inbox.

  2. Step 2: Take the low ratings first

Work the Puan filter one option at a time, 1+ then 2+. Do not read the + literally: the filter is an exact match, so 2+ lists two-star reviews only — collecting the low ratings takes two passes. Low ratings are both the most urgent and the most consequential once published, so work them as a separate pass rather than hunting for them in the pile. The search box, by contrast, matches the review TEXT: its placeholder reads Ürün veya varyant adına göre ara, but the match runs against the comment itself, so typing a product name returns an empty list — search for a word that appears inside the review.

  3. Step 3: Check who wrote it

The customer column shows the name and email. Every review here is tied to an order line that customer actually received, so anonymous or fabricated reviews cannot enter this list. If a review looks unfair, look up the customer and the order before rejecting it: it is more often the symptom of an order problem than a moderation case.

  4. Step 4: Open the decision dialog

'Durumu Güncelle' at the end of a row opens the 'İnceleme Durumunu Güncelle' dialog. It summarises the review's current status and its rating and offers three choices: Onayla, Beklemede, Reddet. There is nothing else on this page — you cannot edit the review text and you cannot reply to the customer from here.

  5. Step 5: Approve, hold or reject

Onayla publishes the review on the product page. Beklemede keeps it off the storefront and defers the decision — that is the state to use while you talk to the customer and fix the problem. Reddet keeps it off the page permanently but does not delete it; it stays in the list as Reddedildi and you can approve it later from the same dialog.

Tips

Approving only the praise backfires

A product page where every review is five stars reads as staged and converts worse. Approve the three- and four-star reviews that describe a real problem without abuse or off-topic content; save rejection for insults, personal data and text that is not about the product.

If no reviews arrive, check your order statuses

A customer cannot review an item until it is marked as received. In a store that is slow to move orders to delivered, the review count stays far below what you would expect. If the list is empty, look at your order flow rather than this screen.

Frequently asked questions

Are reviews published automatically?
No. Every review arrives as Beklemede, and only the ones you approve appear on the product page. An unapproved review is visible nowhere on your storefront.
Can I reply to a review?
The reviews page only changes status; there is no reply box here. If you need to talk to the customer, start a conversation from İçerik > Mesajlar.
Does rejecting a review delete it?
No. Its status becomes Reddedildi and it disappears from the product page, but the row stays in the list. You can change your mind later and approve it.
