Answering and publishing product questions
Answer questions asked on your product pages under İçerik > Ürün S&C, publish the answer on the product page, and track marketplace questions in one list.
Product Q&A brings you the question a customer asked on a product page; you write the answer and, if you choose, show it to everyone on that same page. One good answer works for the hundreds of visitors who will now never ask it. If Trendyol, Etsy or Hepsiburada are connected, their questions and reviews appear in the same list — but not all of them can be answered from here, and the list tells you which.
Before you start
- The Product Q&A plugin enabled (from the Eklentiler page)
- A signed-in customer account to ask — guest visitors cannot post a question
- The relevant marketplace integration connected if you want its questions here
Steps
Screens are illustrative; the data in your own panel will differ.
Step 1: Open the Product Q&A page
Go to İçerik > Ürün S&C. The number beside the heading is the total in the list. Three filters sit on top: source (Tüm kaynaklar, Yerli, Trendyol, Etsy, Hepsiburada), status (Tüm durumlar, Beklemede, Yanıtlandı) and product-page visibility (Tümü, Yayında, Yayında değil). The search box matches the product, the variant or the question text.

Set the status filter to Beklemede to float the unanswered ones. Each row shows the product, the question itself, who asked, the date, the source, the status and whether it is live on the product page. Status and product-page visibility are two separate columns on purpose — a question marked Yanıtlandı can still be Yayında değil.

The 'Yönet' button on a row opens the S&C Yönet panel: the full question on top, an answer box below. Write it and press 'Cevabı Kaydet'; the question becomes Yanıtlandı. To change it later, come back to the same panel and use 'Cevabı Düzenle' — an answer is not frozen, so update it when the product changes.

Answering is not publishing. Turning on 'Ürün sayfasında göster' in the same panel puts the question and answer on the public product detail page and confirms it. The switch cannot be turned on before the question is answered — until then it reads 'Önce soruyu yanıtlayın'. While it is off, only the customer who asked sees your answer.

The source column says what you can manage here. Native and Trendyol questions can be answered. Hepsiburada questions are read-only — you must answer them in the Hepsiburada seller panel. The Etsy rows are reviews rather than questions: read-only, and they cannot be published on your product page at all.

To publish a Trendyol question on your own storefront it must be bound to a local product. If it is not, the detail page warns under 'Ürün bağlantısı' that it is unbound, and the publish switch stays off reading 'Etkinleştirmek için ürünü bağlayın'. You create the binding from your Trendyol products; once bound and answered, the switch is available.

Tips
Publish the best version of a repeated question
The same question arrives many times on a product. Rather than publishing all of them, pick the clearest wording, write a thorough answer and publish only that one; answer the rest but leave them unpublished. Each asker still sees their answer, and the product page does not fill with five copies of one line.
Turn the marketplace name off if you do not want it shown
With the 'Ürün sayfasında pazaryeri adını göster' switch at the top of the page turned off, a published marketplace question never shows a name like Trendyol beside it. The content stays live; only the source name is hidden.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can ask a question?
- Only customers signed in with an account on your store. Guests cannot post — which is what keeps product pages free of spam questions.
- Why can I not see my answer on the product page?
- Answering alone does not publish it. You have to turn on 'Ürün sayfasında göster' in the S&C Yönet panel. While it is off, only the customer who asked sees the answer.
- Can I remove a wrong or spam question?
- Yes — 'Soruyu sil' in the S&C Yönet panel removes the record and confirms it. If you only need it off the storefront, turning the publish switch off is the better move.
