Do Trendyol GO orders also show up in the main order list?

No. They live in their own tables and are worked only from Pazaryerleri → Trendyol GO. They are not among the options of the 'Kaynak' filter on the order list either.

Why can't I find Trendyol GO under Ayarlar → Kurye?

Trendyol GO is an order channel, not a dispatch provider — it brings the order and delivers it with its own courier, so it is configured under Pazaryerleri. Your courier settings keep working separately for deliveries you make yourself.

Does a meal-card payment reach my till?

No. The revenue screen splits delivered orders into cash, card and meal card; meal-card money is collected later from the issuer. On orders a Trendyol GO courier delivers, the delivery fee is not counted as your revenue either.

Trendyol GO is an order channel: the customer orders in the Trendyol GO app and a Trendyol GO courier delivers it. This integration moves those orders off the tablet and into your store panel, where you accept, prepare and release them. The Yemek (restaurant) and Hızlı Market (grocery) verticals run separately.

Supplier ID, Store ID, API Key and API Secret from the Trendyol GO seller panel
Your branches defined in the panel if you run more than one

Step 1: Enter and verify the connection details
Under Pazaryerleri → Trendyol GO open the Ayarlar card and fill in the four connection fields; in the TGO seller panel they sit under 'Hesap Bilgilerim > Entegrasyon Bilgileri'. Leave 'SelfIntegration' in the integrator field if you set the integration up yourself. Press 'Bağlan ve doğrula' and do not move on until you see 'Trendyol GO bağlantısı doğrulandı.'

Step 2: Hand the webhook over to Trendyol GO
The Webhook block on the same page generates an address and a password. You never type the address: the panel derives it from your store's API base URL, it ends in /webhooks/tgo, and the field is read-only — do not substitute your storefront domain, just copy what is there. TGO registers webhooks by hand: send both to the Trendyol GO team, who test and activate them. If you rotate the password, no notifications arrive until the new one reaches them — orders still come in through regular polling meanwhile.

Step 3: Set the sync options
Leave 'Otomatik sipariş senkronizasyonu' on: webhook notifications can be lost, so the panel also polls. The default preparation time is what is proposed when you accept an order — put your real peak-hour figure there, not your best case. Finish with 'Ayarları kaydet'.

Step 4: Import past orders once
Right after connecting, the order screen may read 'Bağlı, ama henüz sipariş yok'. New orders arrive by themselves every two minutes; to also see your history on Trendyol GO, press 'Şimdi içe aktar'. It is a one-off run that pulls branches first, then orders.

Step 5: Map your branches
With more than one branch, map each TGO store id to your own branch on the Şubeler screen. An id left unmapped is counted as 'Şubesiz sipariş' in the list and raises a warning on the order detail. Single-branch stores never need this screen.

Step 6: Accept, prepare, release to the courier
A new order arrives as 'Yeni'. Check the preparation time and press 'Siparişi Kabul Et' — it becomes 'Kabul edildi'. When the food is genuinely ready press 'Hazır — Kuryeye Ver': that step releases the Trendyol GO courier, and pressing it early leaves the courier waiting at your door. If something cannot be supplied, 'İptal / Tedarik Edilemedi' cancels the whole order or only the selected items, with a reason code.

Tips

Trendyol GO owns your menu

From the Menü screen you can switch items on and off sale and push new prices; adding products and changing names or photos happens in the Trendyol GO seller panel. A price change over 50% raises a 'Large price change' warning that will not go out until you press 'Yes, apply this price', so a typo cannot cut a live price.

'Handed to courier' and 'Delivered' are not on every order

Those two buttons only apply to orders you deliver with your own courier. When a Trendyol GO courier delivers, TGO advances the status — your last action is 'Hazır — Kuryeye Ver'.
